Dear Patient:

We ask that you please arrive 15 minutes prior to your appointment so that you may REGISTER directly in the RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT. From the front entrance of the hospital this will be the first door on your left.

You do not need to follow any special instructions for this examination. If you have any questions about your examination, please feel free to call us at 298-2277, OPTION #1.

Please be advised that it is the policy of the Mount St. Mary's Hospital and a mandate of the FEDERAL GOVERNMENT THAT WE HAVE A WRITTEN ORDER ON FILE FROM YOUR DOCTOR PRIOR TO PERFORMING YOUR EXAM/TEST.IN THE EVENT WE DO NOT HAVE THIS ORDER, WE WILL BE FORCED TO RESCHEDULE YOUR TEST TO A LATER DATE.
