Dear Patient:

We ask the you please arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your appointment to register. Outpatient Admitting is located in the rear of the building and is open Monday through Friday at 7:30 a.m. If you appointment is in earlier in the morning or on the weekend, you must then report to Main Admitting located off the Lobby through the main entrance of the hospital.

You will be seeing Dr. Daniel Pieroni, a visiting Pediatric Cardiologist from Children's Hospital of Buffalo. He may want your child to have an EKG (Electrocardiogram) or Echocardiogram test, or both. These tests are short and there is no pain involved. There are no special instructions for you to follow prior to your visit.

- INSURANCE NOTICE -

If you carry one of the following insurances you must have a current referral from your primary physician/pediatrician to Dr. Daniel Pieroni. The referrals are good for 1 year.

The Hospital will not be responsible for lost or stolen property. All valuable items should be left at home.
