Dear Patient:

We ask that you please report 15 minutes prior to your appointment to register. This is done directly in the Radiology Department. From the front entrance of the hospital, this will be the first door on your left.

It is important that you do not eat or drink after midnight the day before your test. Please drink three 8 oz. glasses of water at 7:00 am. the morning of your exam. You MAY urinate.

You must be off your (Capoten, Vasotec, Accupril, Altace, Lotensin, Lasix, Monopril, Prinivil, Zestril and any diruretics) 48 hours prior to this procedure. (Please Check with your physician if you have concerns about stopping your medication).

WE REQUIRE YOUR PRESCRIPTION FOR THIS TEST TO ENSURE WE TAILOR THE EXAM TO ANSWER YOUR MEDICAL PROBLEMS. IF YOUR PHYSICIAN HAS NOT GIVEN ONE TO YOU, YOU MAY ASK THEM TO FAX IT TO US AT 298-2256.
