The Center for Sports Medicine and Physical Rehabilitation (Orthopedics, Sports Medicine and Rehabilitation Programs) at Mount St. Mary’s Hospital is a unique program offering medical care and a comprehensive treatment continuum of care within a highly integrated health care delivery network. Outpatient Care is provided at One Colomba Drive, Suite 5 in the Witmer Park Medical Center, just 1 mile south of our Main Campus near the Witmer Road Exit of the I-190.

Our highly trained team of surgeons, nurses, physician assistants, rehabilitation specialists and various medical support personnel works with each patient and their primary care physician to develop a treatment plan specifically for that patient. From hand surgery and foot/ankle surgery to joint replacement surgery and spine surgery, we will develop a plan that’s right for you.
