Corporate Responsibility Analyst

Full Time. The Corporate Responsibility Analyst reports to and supports the Corporate Responsibility Officer (CRO) specifically in matters related to healthcare compliance and corporate record keeping. Such responsibilities include implementing and improving the organization’s ethics and compliance programs on an ongoing and sustainable basis. The person in this role must have the ability to handle extremely sensitive, confidential matters and exercise sound discretion and judgment. Strives to incorporate the philosophy and Mission of the Hospital and its goal of rendering quality care.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree. Minimum three (3) to five (5) years of compliance or legal experience working in a health care industry required. Knowledge of state and federal laws and regulations affecting healthcare corporation required. Paralegal Certificate preferred. Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, or Accounting preferred. Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years experience as a corporate and/or compliance paralegal preferred.
