Receptionist/Registration Clerk
Part Time. Provides registration/receptionist services for Hospital's multi-specialty primary care clinic. Is responsible for performing a variety of duties relating to the timely and accurate processing of outpatients. Duties include clerical, receptionist, patient registration, and chaperone duties. Responds to all correspondence according to office policy. Maintains patient medical records and other data as required by policy or regulation.
Qualifications: High School or equivalent required. One (1) year secretarial/receptionist in a hospital, primary care clinic or physician's office required. Medical terminology and accurate typing ability required as determined by Management. SMS registration experience preferred. Associates degree in Secretarial Science preferred. Three (3) years patient registration experience in a hospital, clinic or physician group practice preferred.
